Aspiring Councillor and result driven Obi Nnaemeka Godsprince Kenneth, has outlined his gameplan to develop Isuamawu Ward4, Isuikwuato in Abia state, as a major testrun for his larger agenda to make Abia a model state in the near future.

Nnaemeka Godsprince told DFCNews that while others are attracted by the lure of the city and big offices, he wants to start from the grassroot to affect the lives of the locals positively.

This, he noted is why he has decided to come from the city to transform his ward before going for bigger offices. “I have to have a base for my people to judge my performance politically so that when i am set to go for higher offices, they will know that this is the right man they have been waiting for.

To achieve this, he said, “I set up a political structure called Obi Godsprince Nnaemeka, shortened as ‘GON 2020’ to actualize my dreams and vision to serve as Councillor in Isuamawu ward 4, Isuikwuato local government, Abia State.

“Contrary to the norm, my ambition is a selfless one. I have burning desire to liberate my people from underdevelopment and backwardness.  I have taken time to do my research and discovered that it requires only simple political partnership to achieve this.  What we are seeking in SOKOTO is right here in our Sokoto. You can’t believe how easy this is.  My research took me to both developed and underdeveloped democracies to see what works.  It can actually be done.

“When I discovered the light, I shouted. That’s why I tagged my campaign theme, ‘Ihe abiala 2020.’ My people, we cannot afford to let this opportunity slip by. With me, Isuamawu ward4 is at the break of dawn. We must take the bull by the horns. I am that liberation they have been searching for all these years,” he told, DFCNews.

According to GON, “I am building my campaign vision on these three planks:

#.Quality laws to better the life of the locals in the constituency

#. Quality representation of my people

#. Empowering the Youths and aged in our communities

“This might sound a familiar cliché but it is coming from a visionary who has discovered simple secret to development.  It is not in the letter but the style of actualizing the vision. It is time to take our community to the level it deserves.  Together we can achieve this if only my people can buy into this vision. Our time of change has finally come. ‘IHE ABIALA 2020’,” he declared
