Nimasa DG, others attend 16th MOWCA extraordinary session in Ghana

Director General, Nigerian Maritime Administration and Safety Agency (NIMASA), Dr. Bashir Jamoh and other delegates from Nigeria and 24 other countries are participating in the General Assembly of the 16th extraordinary session of the Maritime Organization for West and Central Africa (MOWCA) holding in Accra, Ghana.
