Immediate past Executive Secretary of the Nigeria Shippers Council(NSC), Barrister Hassan Bello has paid a condolence visit to the family of late Otunba Kunle Folarin at his residence today.

Otunba Folarin, Chairman, Nigeria Ports Consultative Council (PCC); Otunba Kunle Folarin reportedly died on November 8 in Lagos after a brief illness.

Otunba Folarin was also the Chairman, National Seafarers Welfare Board (Nigeria).

The Maritime industry has been grieving since the death of this colossus.

Hassan Bello, who made giant strides in the maritime industry had partnerships with the late Folarin which impacted heavily on the growth of the sector which is Nigeria’s economy gateway.
