Nasarawa PDP chieftain, Haladu Akwashiki defects to APC

Haladu Akwashiki, a chieftain of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, and football administrator in Nasarawa State, has officially severed ties with the PDP and embraced the ruling All Progressives Congress, APC.

Akwashiki, in a letter dated January 31st, cited the exceptional leadership qualities of the APC at all levels as the primary motivation behind his decision to switch parties.

The letter was addressed to the Chairman of the APC in his Nassarawa Eggon ward, in Nasarawa Eggon Local Government Area of the state.

Akwashiki pledged unwavering loyalty to the leadership of the APC.

In his letter, he conveyed assurance of actively contributing his quota to the progress and development of the APC at every tier of governance.
