Oba of Lagos hails  Gov  Otti for outstanding performance in Abia State 



Oba of Lagos, His Eminence, Rilwan Akiolu (The Eleko of Eko) has praised the Governor of Abia State, His Excellency,  Dr. Alex Otti, for his sterling performance in the last year in Abia, describing it as heartwarming and impressive.

Media and Publicity said that Governor  Otti who is a long-time younger friend and close associate of His Eminence, Oba Akiolu, was warmly received by the Oba at his private residence in Lagos.
According to the statement, the Oba could not hide his joy and excitement as he poured encomium on Governor Otti for his performance in Abia and encouraged him to continue to make his people and friends proud by redoubling his efforts towards rendering quality services to the people of Abia State.
The Oba expressed his willingness to visit Abia soon to see things for himself.
The Abia Chief Executive who was humbled by the Oba’s statesmanly kind words of encouragement and solidarity, assured him of his continuous commitment to serving the people of Abia state selflessly. The Governor described him as one of his fathers and counselors said he visited to thank him for all his support and prayers before, during, and after the election.
Governor Otti who recently clocked one year in office as the Governor of Abia State amid the commissioning of many laudable projects, has continued to receive accolades from different revered individuals and institutions for his giant strides in different sectors of Abia’s economy, the statement noted.
