As the Association of Nigerian Licensed Customs Agents (ANLCA) moves to inaugurate its recently elected Board of Trustees (BOT) Members, a prominent Apapa Chapter member of the association has called for the team to be magnanimous in victory even as he congratulates them on assailing their new positions.
Emeka Chukwumalu, who is the immediate past Public Relations Officer (PRO), of the ANLCA APAPA Chapter, felicitates most heartily with the newly elected BOT members.
He expressed confidence that the principle of separation of powers will guide the activities of NECOM and BOT to make for a stronger union.
The former PRO also known as Akwudoleze, noted that in this euphoria of victory, the NECOM and the BOT should close ranks and roll out the mission statement that will return the lost confidence of the public and critical stakeholders in ANLCA.
He also believes that there is no better time than now for the two most powerful bodies of the association to work out something that will endear ANLCA to Nigerians and all affiliate Organisations within the African region and the world at large.
Akwudoleze expressed confidence in the fact that each of the leaders is endowed with wisdom, experience, and resourcefulness to bring glory and togetherness, and urged them to push for a pride of place for ANLCA.
He advised that they work hard towards ensuring and enduring peace throughout their stay in office.
Chukwumalu urged the new Board of Trustees members to see their elections as a call to duty and to focus on treating most diligently the ailments that create constant disaffection and skirmishes among members.
The former PRO hailed the NECOM ably led by Kingsley Nwokeoji, the National President of ANLCA for the wonderful work of bringing the Association together as United and one big family.
It must be recalled that the names of the newly elected Board of Trustees are in this order:
