Abia Media Forum promises total support to Alex Otti

Media professionals from Abia state under the umbrella of Abia Media Forum (AMF) has given total support to Abia State governor elect, Dr Alex Otti in his plans to revive the state from the years of locust.

The group said it will be on hand to provide every needed assistance in this noble agenda to rebuild the state from the ruins of the past.

AMF in a release signed by the Chairman, Elder Ben Okezie, said the Labour candidate’s victory was deserved , “after a long a beastly fight.”

Also, a Special Adviser in the present PDP government in the State, Hon. Nnaemeka GodsPrince Obi praised the Abia governor elect for making his long held vision a reality.

He called on him to make good his promise of making his government a people oriented one.

According to AMF, “We want to specially commend you for being tenacious with eyes on the ball having been in this race since 2015.

“You refused to be swayed by the antics of and the unpardonable hypocrisy of the ruling party.

“We recall that in our discussions with you before the elections, you outlined your vision for the state and why Abians should vote for you.

“The people of Abia state who cast their vote for you, believe that you will not throw away there common trust in the water of forgetfulness.

“We members of Abia AMF believe that you will drastically effect strong structural, educational, economic,health and social welfare for the people and make Abia State to be ranked among the best in the country.

“You rightly mentioned that Abia has gone through the years of locust for close to three decades under PDP.

“Now that a new dawn has come with your emergence we believe that a new Abia has also emerged.

“Your manifesto is quite robust and if rightly implemented will give the state the liberation its been yearning for.

“AMF pledges its support and will be on hand to offer help in any capacity needed

“We wish you a successful tenure even as you embark on this enormous task of transforming Abia.”
