General Manager and Chief Executive Officer, Abia State Environmental Protection Agency (ASEPA) has informed all residents of Abia State that the monthly environmental Sanitation exercise will hold on Saturday July 29th 2023.

He noted that the exercise will hold simultaneously across the entire State within the hours of 7am – 10am.

According to him, “Vehicular movement will only be restricted to those on essential services and alll other forms of vehicular or human movement within this period, are not allowed.

“Residents are urged to participate fully in the exercise; clean their surroundings, desilt water channels and properly bag their wastes for collection and proper disposal.

“Let us join hands with the Government to achieve a clean and habitable Abia, “ the GM added.
