Foremost body building and fitness championship in Nigeria, Mr FLEX NIGERIA is holding it’s 2023 edition of the contest at the gymnasium hall, National Stadium Surulere Lagos on Saturday October 28, 2023.
This edition titled, “Let the muscle speak again,” will feature ranking body builders in various categories.
The contest which starts at 2pm will also raise qualifiers for WFF Africa and WFF world championship.
The 2023 edition which promises to be a blockbuster boasts over N1m to be won as consolation prizes.
The event will be garnished with music, comedy , kiddies pose and macho pose down.
Speaking ahead of the tourney, National President ‘Mr Flex Nigeria’, Stephen A Okolie-Odene, said this year’s edition, powered by 7UP Nigeria and Supa Komando as well as partners like Nigerian Breweries Plc, Climax Energy Drink, Viju Industries Ltd, Gate Gold Ltd, Pocaris Sweat water and Brian Munro Glucose D, would surpass the previous editions as high flying bodybuilders from Nigeria showcase in the colourful contest.
“Our aim is to raise champions and give Nigeria a sustainable place in world Fitness and bodybuilding ranking.
“Some athletes have used this platform to represent the country in international championships which many of them won laurels for the country.
“It may interest you to know that lots of our athletes have identified lots of opportunities and have carved a niche for themselves.
In the course of this, the world federation has equally admitted Nigeria as a member of National Amateur Bodybuilders Association (NABBA) and World Fitness Federation (WFF),” he stated.
